GuidingStar AI – Account Deletion Policy

Guiding Star Christian AI is developed by Britestar Christian Education. This page explains how you can request deletion of your Guiding Star Christian AI account and what happens to your data when you do.

If you created your own account

If you signed up for a free account directly within the app, you can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us at support@britestarvirtual.com.

• Send your request from the email address associated with your account.
• Use the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”
• Let us know the app account (and email) you’d like deleted.

We will confirm your request by email and process it within 30 days.

If your account was set up by an organization

If you were invited to use Guiding Star Christian AI by a school, church, or other organization through an administrator, your account is managed by that organization. To request deletion of your account and data, please contact your organization’s administrator directly. You can find your administrator’s contact information in the app under the Profile menu.

What we delete

When an account deletion request is completed, we delete:

• Your account profile, including your name and email address
• Your saved conversation history within the app
• Any personal preferences or settings associated with your account

What we retain

We retain anonymized, aggregated usage data that cannot be used to identify you. Where we are required by law to retain certain records (for example, for legal, tax, or regulatory purposes), we retain only that specific data for as long as legally required, after which it is permanently deleted.
